In September 2024, I started a journey I had been visualizing for years. After selling NRS and ending my chapter with Link, I returned to Bali to reconnect with myself and start shaping other projects I had on hold for years.
I was unsure of whether I would continue in this industry or just focus on others I had been playing with in recent years. But what happened melted my heart — people from all corners of the telecom world started reaching out. Clients, colleagues, and even old competitors that had become like family and friends sent messages filled with warmth and encouragement to stay connected to the future of this industry.
They reminded me of something I had forgotten: I started working in telecom at just 14 years old. This industry isn’t just my job — it’s been part of my life, my identity, my path. I realized then that I didn’t want to switch industries. I just wanted to reshape the way I contributed.
At the same time, I began receiving invitations to speak at conferences and collaborate on initiatives that celebrated female leadership in telecom — like Women4Tech. That’s when I noticed a deeper calling. Even today, women represent less than 30% of C-level positions in telecom. I realized my story could serve a bigger purpose: to open doors, accelerate change, and create a new reference for what’s possible.
That’s how Secret Key was born — a space to gather visionary leaders, not just to talk business, but to connect, to grow, and to build something meaningful. And from that same intention, TE Advisory Services was created — with a sharper focus on high-level transformation and conscious leadership.
Because what people need most isn’t another consultant. They need clarity. Strategy. Someone who sees the whole picture and helps them save their most valuable resource: time.
This is my purpose now. Not just to advise, but to help others lead with intention, presence and satisfaction, walking a path that’s powerful and sustainable, leading to find their own Ikigai — especially women who are ready to take up more space at the table.
